We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The candidate should have valuable typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Generate reports and assist with data management tasks.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Meet daily and monthly data entry targets.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
