Data Entry Intern (Remote / Work from Home)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Intern to join our team on a remote basis. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in digital administration, database management, and remote office workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Input: Accurately input text, numerical data, and alphanumeric information from digital source documents into company databases, CRMs, or spreadsheets.
- Data Cleaning &
- Verification: Review data for errors, duplicate entries, or missing values, and correct them according to company guidelines.
- Copy &
- Paste / Formatting: Transfer, organize, and format data across tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal cloud platforms.
- Record Maintenance: Keep digital filing systems, logs, and administrative tracking sheets updated on a daily and weekly basis.
- Support Team: Assist project managers or the operations team with routine back-office documentation and reporting tasks.
- Data Security: Strictly follow data privacy, confidentiality,



and security policies regarding company and customer information.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Education: Currently pursuing or having completed a High School diploma (12th pass), undergraduate degree, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs).
- Typing &
- Accuracy: Good typing speed with a strong focus on high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Remote Setup: Laptop / Desktop with Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Soft Skills: Positive time-management skills, ability to meet strict daily/weekly submission deadlines independently.

- Duration: Flexible ( 3 to 6 months), with potential conversion to a full-time role or certificate of completion
