Job Summary: The Data Entry Officer is responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and managing company information and records in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

- Review and correct errors or discrepancies in records.

- Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

- Prepare reports, summaries, and data-related documents as required.

- Perform regular data validation and quality checks.

- Retrieve and provide information when requested by authorized staff.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

- Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify required data.





- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

- Meet daily/weekly data-entry targets and deadlines.

- Follow company policies and procedures for data security and record management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Good typing speed and accuracy.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
