Job Title: E-commerce Listing & Cataloguing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage product listings and cataloguing across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have good computer and Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in e-commerce operations.

- Create new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload and manage product catalogues, including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, specifications, pricing and images.
- Optimise product listings using relevant keywords to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for product data management, bulk uploads, pricing updates and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate product information, SKU details, HSN codes, dimensions, weights and other catalogue attributes.
- Monitor existing listings and resolve errors, suppressed listings, incomplete attributes and other catalogue issues.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product images and content meet marketplace requirements.
- Conduct basic competitor research and keyword research to improve listing quality.
- Update product prices, stock information and catalogue details across marketplaces.




- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and maintain accurate records and reports.

Required Skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, sorting, data cleaning and spreadsheet management.
- Good typing speed and high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks accurately.
- Willingness to learn marketplace tools, listing optimisation and catalogue management.
