Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Architect with strong experience in Data Integration, Snowflake and Databricks

, along with expertise in Data Architecture, ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Modeling and Cloud Data Platforms

.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable data architecture and data integration solutions .
- Design end-to-end data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
- Develop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake and Databricks .
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources.
- Work with structured and unstructured data across various systems.
- Define data models, data flows, data transformation and integration strategies.
- Optimize Snowflake and Databricks workloads for performance, scalability and cost .
- Lead and manage data engineering/architecture teams, providing technical direction, mentoring and guidance .
- Work closely with cross-functional teams , including Data Engineering, Business, Product, Analytics and other technical teams, to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, security and governance across the data platform.
- Participate in cloud data migration and modernization initiatives.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams,



technical documentation and data flow diagrams.
- Manage project priorities, technical deliverables and team collaboration to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Integration and Data Architecture .
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake .
- Hands-on experience with Databricks .
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines .
- Solid SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Modeling .
- Experience designing scalable Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong understanding of Data Security, Governance and Data Quality .
- Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, files and other enterprise applications .
- Strong team management, leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS .
- Azure Data Factory or similar data integration tools.
- Apache Spark / PySpark.
- Kafka or other real-time streaming technologies.
- Python.
- Power BI or other BI tools.
- Experience with cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture .
