About the Role

Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. The candidate will work closely with clients, developers, designers, QA, and project managers to understand business needs and convert them into effective software solutions.

#KeyResponsibilities

*Gather, analyze, and document client/business requirements.

*Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

*Work with development, UI/UX, QA, and project management teams.

*Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.

*Conduct gap analysis and prepare process flows and documentation.

*Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

*Support UAT, testing, and solution validation.

*Understand and document requirements for AI-powered applications and automation solutions.





*Follow Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

#RequiredSkills

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software company.

Solid requirement gathering and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Figma, Visio, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and web applications.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Knowledge of AI, Copilot , clode , Generative AI, LLMs, ChatGPT, AI automation, and prompt engineering is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,320,000.00 per month
