Program Description This remote Data Analyst traineeship role focuses on supporting healthcare analytics and decision-making for MedTourEasy and its international partners. Trainees will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, build basic data models, and perform statistical analyses to derive meaningful insights.

Day-to-day activities include preparing reports and dashboards, interpreting trends, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable format to internal stakeholders. Trainees will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



document analytical processes, and contribute ideas to improve data pipelines and analytical approaches.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills and practical experience or coursework in Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Statistics and ability to apply statistical methods to real-world datasets
- Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts and basic experience using modeling tools or techniques
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data findings in simple terms
- Comfort with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
