Designation - Data Analyst & Data Quality Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad | WFO

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Data Analyst & Data Quality Specialist to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and analytical value across our platform. This role owns data validation, cleanup support, and insight generation, and works closely with engineering to ensure all data stored in databases is correct, reliable, and AI-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and monitor data accuracy across databases and pipelines
- Audit random user data to detect inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing records
- Support data cleanup, refactoring, and normalization
- Analyze user and system data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare clean, structured datasets for analytics and AI/ML use
- Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to improve data reliability

Required Skills:

- Strong SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)




- Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
- Data validation and quality assurance experience
- Hands-on data analysis using Python or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience working with health, fitness, wearable, or sensor-based data
- Exposure to AI/ML data preparation or feature engineering
- Experience with data monitoring tools or custom validation frameworks.
