Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Please note: This opportunity is specifically for professionals with hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) functional consulting experience. Candidates with experience exclusively in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), AX, or SCM are kindly requested not to apply.

Compensation: 12 LPA with variable pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to understand business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM/CE to meet business needs.
- Work on CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
- Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Business Process Flows.
- Configure security roles, teams, and user access.
- Prepare functional documentation and support solution design.




- Coordinate with technical teams for customisations and integrations.
- Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct user training and provide functional support.

Required Skills

- 48 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Robust understanding of CRM configuration and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
- Experience working with international clients.
