Role & responsibilities

- Demonstrates strong coding skill using X++ and its related technologies/tools.
- Experienced in AX 2012 R3/D365 Finance and Operations
- Go through Functional design of given business requirements for technical solution and create detailed technical design (TDD)
- Produces high quality TDD document as per set standards and templates
- Drive/Assist Technical design on the GAP requirements with other technical teams to ensure technical quality is consistent
- Engage in discussions with functional consultants for design clarifications
- Work closely with rest of development teams to assist them in development to adhere to project timelines
- Ensures no deadlines of projects are slipped and takes ownership for given deadlines
- Delivers high quality X++ code with defined quality standards and guidelines
- Expected to be versatile with time and leverage offshore teams effectively
- Exposure to use TFS as collaboration tool and code management process
- Reports his/her progress periodically to lead/project manager and assists them in reporting. Works with minimal supervision and self-driven
- Should be able to demonstrate confidence of quickly taking over development work in more scope based model than continue in staff augmentation mode.
- Minimum 2-3 end to end implementation experience, Experience in D365 is must, should be ok with travelling.

D365 FINANCE:





- Minimum 4+ years experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/AX Finance (AX 2012 R3 and D365))
- Expertise in functional analysis, gap fit with Dynamics AX, determining modification requests to Dynamics AX and writing specifications or their development.
- It is expected that the functional analyst with possess deep knowledge of one or more Dynamics AX modules and has significant GL, AP, AR and Bank Management
- Strong finance domain expertise. Ability to provide end to end solution in standard product with minimum customization.

D365 SCM functional consultant

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM), including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure solutions, and translate requirements into functional designs.
- Handle end-to-end implementations, testing, UAT, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for integrations, customizations, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile We have a walk-in drive in Kochi on 15th & 16th May for D365 Technical / D365 Functional / SCM Functional Consultants.
