About the Opportunity

Xcademia is looking to connect with experienced Cybersecurity Trainers and AI Trainers who have strong industry knowledge and a passion for delivering practical, engaging learning experiences.

We welcome applications from professionals with expertise in either cybersecurity or artificial intelligence. Trainers should be able to translate technical concepts into accessible, hands-on learning sessions relevant to real-world workplace scenarios.

Role 1: Cybersecurity TrainerKey Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led, onsite cybersecurity training sessions.
- Explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations, exercises, and real-world scenarios.
- Adapt delivery to learners’ experience levels and programme objectives.
- Encourage participation, problem-solving, and practical application.
- Keep training content aligned with relevant industry practices and technologies.

- Network Security
- Security Operations Centre (SOC)
- Threat Detection and Incident Response
- Vulnerability Assessment and Risk Management
- Cloud Security
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals and related domains

Role 2: AI TrainerKey Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led, onsite AI training sessions.
- Explain AI concepts and applications using practical examples and demonstrations.




- Help learners understand how AI tools and technologies can be applied in relevant workplace settings.
- Adapt sessions to different learner levels and programme requirements.
- Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and responsible AI use.

Essential Requirements

- Willingness to travel to onsite training locations as required.
