About Our Client

This organisation operates in the FMCG industry, specialising in cosmetics and is based in Hyderabad.

Resposibilities

- Ensure and drive compliance of IT Europe infrastructure with cybersecurity policies, norms and standards.

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of security controls on infrastructure components

- Provide technical expertise to support SecOps projects and operational excellence

- Collaborate with operation teams to integrate security requirements into build and run processes

- Present infrastructure security initiatives to key stakeholders such as Europe CTO and CISO

- Lead the firewall securitization project for all Europe-managed firewalls

- Manage the Tufin security policy management tool end-to-end: oversee updates/upgrades, ensure VM management, and handle license management

- Perform security assessments and traffic analysis on network rules

- Support L'Oréal resilience by contributing to the Disaster Recovery Plan

- Contribute to security audit requirements by providing evidences, explanations and action plans on infrastructure security.

- Advise and support IT Europe towards infrastructure security continuous improvement

- Promote automation of security controls and monitoring where possible to increase efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Manage and optimize enterprise security infrastructure including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and WAF.

- Implement and maintain security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance reviews.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to implement security best practices.

- Support SIEM monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.

- Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, or Network Security.

- Robust expertise with Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco).

- Experience in Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, and Vulnerability Management.

- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.

Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, Palo Alto or Fortinet certifications.
