Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CHA (Customs House Agent) professional with hands-on knowledge of import and export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and coordination with customers, shipping lines, and customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate checklists for import and export shipments.
- Handle the filing and processing of import and export bills.
- Coordinate with customers and shipping lines for Delivery Orders (DOs).
- Verify HS codes and customs classifications using the Customs Tariff.
- Respond to customs queries and coordinate with relevant authorities for timely resolution.
- Handle the IGM (Import General Manifest) regularisation process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable customs regulations.




- Follow up with shipping lines, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Maintain proper records of customs-related documents and shipment details.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in CHA operations and customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of import and export documentation and filing procedures.
- Familiarity with HS code verification and Customs Tariff classification.
- Practical knowledge of IGM regularisation and handling customs queries.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
