Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Assist customers with their queries and provide timely support.
- Handle customer calls, messages, and requests professionally.
- Support daily operational activities and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve basic customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain clear communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Skills & Requirements:-

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
