Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a permanent work-from-home chance in a semi-voice process. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in any BPO process.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Assessment VETI-5 is required.

Salary Details
- Freshers: 21,500 CTC
- Experienced Candidates: 23,500 CTC

Shift Details
- 24/7 rotational shifts

- Rotational weekly offs

Technical Requirements
- Intel Core i5 processor, 5th Generation or above
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Suitable work-from-home setup
