About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support & Store Consultants Intern who can efficiently manage customer queries while also handling day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, orders, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order-related issues.

Store Operations

- Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
- Assist customers visiting the store and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Manage stock checking, inventory updates, and product movement.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team for stock requirements.
- Maintain daily sales, customer, and store-related reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing/POS and basic cash-related activities when required.





Requirements

- 0–1years of experience in customer service, retail, or store operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly.
- Responsible, organised, and proactive.
- Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualities

- Retail/fashion/lifestyle brand experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable sense of presentation and visual merchandising.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to independently manage store and customer-support responsibilities.
