-Customer Support Executive (Voice - Transcom)

Transcom is hiring Customer Success Associates for its Domestic Insurance Voice Process. The role involves communicating with customers about health, motor and life insurance services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
- Explain insurance-related products and services.
- Address customer questions regarding insurance offerings.
- Assist customers with service-related enquiries.
- Use effective persuasion and customer engagement techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Achieve assigned quality, service and sales performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Domestic insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Good English and Hindi communication.




- Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
- Transparent speech and correct grammar.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
