Shift: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Minimum Salary: 2.5LPA - 3.5LPA (Depends On Experience)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our International BPO team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service and excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide professional and effective assistance.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.




- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment .
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Candidates with experience handling international customers will be preferred.

Shift & Working Schedule Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
