- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and messages.

- Collect, verify, and organize client documents.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and missing information.
- Update client details and application status in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
