VOLTRIX EV Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-spoken candidates to join our team in Bengaluru. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English and a passion for assisting customers and resolving their queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Assist customers with questions, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate).
- Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, B.Tech, Engineering,



or any other higher qualification are also welcome to apply.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and email-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Required Languages
- Kannada HINDI ENGLISH Mandatory

Additional Languages Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
