Role and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
- Address customer queries related to banking products, services, accounts, and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers about company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and service protocols.
- Support customer onboarding and basic account-related assistance.
