Roboson is looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken English and strong customer-handling skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Assist customers with product-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Resolve complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain interaction records.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
- Female candidates preferred.
