Key Responsibilities -

- Connect with customers and Kendra partners to provide timely support and updates.
- Assist in the smooth coordination and delivery of credit analysis reports.
- Communicate basic credit analysis findings to customers in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates, and case tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer cases.
- Track pending decisions, follow-ups, and customer activation.
- Identify customer requirements and guide eligible customers toward credit repair solutions and service upgrades.
- Support customer engagement and relationship management through regular communication.
- Gain practical exposure to customer support, CRM management, backend operations.
