Responsibilities

1. Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, printers and other peripherals.
2. Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty parts.
3. Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, drivers and email.
4. Manage and support network infrastructure – switches, LAN cabling and Wi-Fi.
5. Attend user complaints promptly and courteously; handle client staff professionally.
6. Log all calls,



follow up till closure and escalate critical issues to the senior engineer.
7. Carry out preventive maintenance and keep service records updated.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Graduate any stream or Diploma in Engg + certificate course in hardware engineering
2. Minimum 5 years as a Desktop & Network Engineer or in a similar role.
3. Good hands-on knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
5. Working knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, LAN, switches and Wi-Fi.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
