About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support, CRM & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM data, coordinate day-to-day operational activities, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across customers, internal teams, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
- Manage customer complaints, escalations, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and response quality.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers proactively until issues are completely resolved.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the relevant teams.

CRM Management




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Create, update, and manage customer tickets, cases, leads, activities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper categorization and documentation of customer interactions.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely closure of open cases.
- Monitor CRM data quality and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
- Prepare regular CRM reports covering customer queries, ticket status, response times, and resolution metrics.
- Support CRM process improvements and automation wherever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
