Role Description This full-time, in office Customer Support (Brokerage) role is based in Gurugram. The role involves responding to customer inquiries related to brokerage services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate information on accounts and transactions, troubleshooting basic technical or platform-related problems, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate internal teams. The position also includes tracking and documenting interactions in support systems,



collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and focusing on enhancing overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Ability to provide Technical Support for brokerage platforms or tools, including basic troubleshooting.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in brokerage, financial services, or BPO customer service is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts if required and maintain high attention to detail under time constraints.
