Working days: Monday - Saturday

Working hours: 9am - 7pm (flexible)

About the Role

SkyNav GPS provides GPS tracking and fleet management solutions for cars, bikes, trucks, commercial vehicles, and logistics businesses.

The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer queries, provide product support, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat, and other channels.
- Provide information and basic support on SkyNav GPS products and services.
- Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, device activation, and product orientation.
- Handle and track customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.




- Educate customers on GPS tracking features, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and complaints in the CRM.
- Follow up on subscription renewals and coordinate with the Sales team.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for customer-related activities.
- Support customer engagement activities and other assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
