Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Associate role based in Hyderabad.

The Customer Success

Associate will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues and promoting a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, monitoring customer usage and feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, preparing reports on customer metrics, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality. The associate will regularly engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining clear documentation of all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Engagement and Customer Support abilities to build trust and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a track record of nurturing long-term relationships and reducing churn.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer support tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is beneficial.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to work with global beauty and consumer brands, supporting creator advocacy programmes and helping brands build strong communities of creators and ambassadors.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys client coordination, campaign execution, data analysis and building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage day-to-day communication with brand teams and coordinate client check-ins and weekly updates.

? Coordinate creators, product seeding, content delivery and campaign execution.

? Work with operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and timely delivery.

? Prepare client reports and track EMV (Earned Media Value), conversions and content performance.

? Analyse campaign results and recommend actionable improvements.

? Identify growth opportunities across brands, markets and new use cases.

? Ensure creator content complies with ASA, FTC and client-specific guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account coordination, marketing or a client-facing role.

✅ Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

✅ Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting and marketing metrics.

✅ Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or product sampling programmes is a plus.

✅ Proactive, accountable, curious and eager to learn.

✅ Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
