1. JOB PURPOSE

To provide after sales support and development of new Printing and Allied Machines.
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators (Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities) (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities).

- After sales support.

- Reduce installation time

- New development and implement
- Trouble shooting by visiting the site and to satisfy to the customer by best services
- Resolve internal and external customer complaint and provide support the Sales dept.
- Coordination and planning with marketing and customer for successful installation within time frame.




- Day by day new improvements and new ideas have to share with design teams which improve quality and fewer problems in machines
- Development of Current-collar Printing and Allied Machines
