Job Role - Team Lead Customer Service

Work mode - Work from office

Experience - 4 to 10 Years (7 LPA) (Candidate should have experience in international BPO )

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to manage and guide a customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, handling escalations, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in Customer Service/BPO/Voice Process. (International process)




- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling customer escalations.
- Good understanding of KPI, AHT, CSAT, SLA and Call Quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualification- Any graduates Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)

Adaptable In shift US shift

Notice period- Immediate 30 Days
