JD: Customer Service Representatives

Shift: Flexible working hours (6-8 hours a day is demanded)

Project Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Professionals to support the creation of a custom conversational dataset for training advanced speech-to-speech AI agents.

The project focuses on creating and reviewing natural, human-enacted customer service conversations that reflect realistic interactions between customers and support representatives.

Participants will help produce high-quality conversational data that represents how people naturally communicate in real-world customer service situations, including inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, account-related questions, complaints, and other common support scenarios.

Requirements





2+ years of skilled Customer Service experience

Strong experience with

Client and customer communication

Issue and complaint resolution

Customer support workflows

Customer relationship management

Handling different customer situations professionally

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are especially relevant:

Call centers

Customer support

Customer success

Technical support

Help desk operations

Client services

Contact center operations

CRM-based customer support

AI training or conversational AI projects

Speech or audio
