- Excellent communication skills (10/10 verbal communication)
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers over calls and resolving queries
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Requirements:
- BPO/Customer Service experience is mandatory
- Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in voice process is required.
