- Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support.
- Strong ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments .
- Willingness to work in adaptable shifts , including rotational shifts.
- Strong adaptability and learning mindset .
