Process: Voice Process – Seller Support

Location: Indore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Sales Experience

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Note: First 15 days of training may be in night shift.

Salary & Incentives

6+ Months Experience: ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard recent sellers.

Build and maintain strong seller relationships.

Retain and engage existing sellers.

Handle seller queries and provide effective solutions.

Drive seller engagement and business growth.

HR Round → Aptitude/Personality Assessment → Operations Round
