Hiring for Telecalling & Customer Follow-up

MRK TRADEX PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a confident, responsible, and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments and contacting new leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) marketing campaigns.

Job Details

- Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Reporting To: Senior Marketing Manager
- Job Location: As per company office location

Key Responsibilities 1. Outstanding Payment Follow-up

- Call existing customers to follow up on pending and overdue payments.
- Remind customers about payment due dates and commitments.
- Maintain records of customer conversations and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding payment status.

2. Meta Campaign Lead Calling

- Call leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.




- Follow up with interested prospects to generate sales opportunities.
- Forward qualified leads to the relevant sales team.

3. Daily Reporting

- Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
- Update customer and lead information accurately.
- Achieve calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records in Excel or CRM software.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, or payment collection will be an advantage.
