We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Kottayam team and support our freight forwarding and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through email and phone.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams regarding shipments.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain shipment records and assist with documentation.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
- Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
