We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently & Follow up with customers regularly until their concerns are resolved.

Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure quick issue resolution.

Assist customers with cancellations, postponements, refunds, and other booking-related queries.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and a service-oriented approach.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.





Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Positive follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, will be an added advantage.

Our Expectation
