- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- Assist customers with orders, queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.

- Take and process customer orders accurately.

- Provide correct information about products, offers, delivery, and services.

- Maintain a polite and customer-friendly communication style.

- Record customer details and call information accurately in the system.

- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.

- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.

- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
