Job Overview

AIONOS is hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for its IndiGo International Process.

The role involves supporting customers through professional communication, handling enquiries and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer service enquiries.
- Assist customers with service-related issues and requests.
- Provide accurate and timely customer support.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain quality standards and operational performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate, Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Minimum 12 months International BPO experience mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.




- Clear pronunciation without significant MTI/RTI interference.
- Positive typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights.
