- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate sales.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with sales and problem-solving abilities.
