About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Specialist who has strong sales and communication skills, along with experience in the travel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products/packages, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, hotels, resorts, activities, and add-on services.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and explain product/package features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to increase sales value.
- Build solid relationships with customers and provide a smooth pre- and post-sales experience.
- Handle customer objections and queries confidently to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations,



and sales in the CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as reservations and operations to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer sales, travel, tourism, hospitality, hotels, resorts, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales pitching and product selling techniques.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right product or package.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in travel agencies, DMCs, hotels, resorts, or tourism companies will be preferred.
