We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and existing learners, addressing inquiries, providing information about courses and programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a genuine interest in student engagement and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about the institution's courses, programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.

- Follow up with prospective students and interested leads to encourage enrollment and improve conversion rates.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and existing learners.

- Understand students' educational needs and guide them toward suitable courses and programs.

- Maintain and update student databases,



inquiry records, and follow-up details.

- Coordinate with the admission, academic, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

- Assist students throughout the admission process and provide necessary guidance regarding enrollment.

- Address student concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with enrolled students to monitor satisfaction and maintain engagement.

- Support student retention initiatives and encourage referrals from existing students.

- Inform students about current courses, upcoming batches, training programs, and other institutional updates.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, student interactions, and enrollment status.

- Ensure a positive student experience by providing timely assistance and maintaining professional communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
