We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Experience Head (CXH) to join our team at Mahadeva Mahindra.
Job Requirements
Experience: 6–9 years in the Automobile Industry only.
Strong experience in both Automobile Sales & Service.
Expertise in CXM (Customer Experience Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and CCM (Customer Care Management).
Strong leadership, customer relationship, and customer satisfaction skills.
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to 60,000 + Incentives
