Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns
- Support customer engagement and retention activities
- Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams
- Maintain campaign reports and customer databases
- Support offer communication and repeat purchase campaigns
- Track retention campaign performance and basic analytics
