Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional and positive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage customer queries efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
