About the role

Zonduo is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries related to research guidance, academic editing, thesis support and publication assistance.

This role is suitable for freshers who have good communication skills, enjoy speaking with people and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Call prospective customers and follow up on genuine enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
- Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the internal team to answer customer questions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule consultations.
- Work towards reasonable calling, follow-up and conversion targets.





Requirements
- Good Tamil communication and basic English communication.
- Confidence speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer, email and spreadsheet skills.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates from customer service, admissions counselling or telecalling are welcome.
