Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information to customers.
- Address customer complaints regarding delayed deliveries, missing parcels, and other courier-related issues.
- Coordinate with hub managers, delivery staff, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and delivery issues.
- Assist customers with booking-related enquiries and courier service information.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Prior experience in customer care or courier services will be an advantage.
Salary ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
