ob Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with experience in the construction, interior, or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, requirements, schedules, and updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Handle client queries, concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve client requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding meetings, site visits, approvals, selections, and other project-related matters.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely updates.
- Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up details.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure issues are addressed within the required timeframe.
- Support the team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.




- Prepare regular follow-up and customer status reports for management.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with clients at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in the construction, interior, real estate, or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with construction/interior industry experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong client-handling and communication skills will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
