Mojo Auto Cafe is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Kochi. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or car showroom field are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries.
- Explain company services, including car detailing, PPF, and accessories.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Record and update customer leads in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain enquiry records and prepare regular reports.




- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-ups.

Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Automotive or car showroom experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
