A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service.

. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, chats, or in-person meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and other assigned performance targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
